General & Christmas ShippingGeneral Shipping: Most all orders ship in three business days. If there is a delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible. We use UPS, Federal Express and USPS. Most orders ship in 1-3 business days with a ship time of 3-6 business days, depending on the shipping distance. Small/medium mugs are $7.50 for the first one from the same artist. The second from the same artist, same size is $2.50. You can see the total shipping cost in the shopping cart, prior to entering any order information! The more pieces you order, the greater your discount (2 pieces = 5%, 4 pieces = 10% 8 pieces =15%). Occasionally, handcrafted goods can have unforseen delays but we try to minimize those. Gift Notes: Each piece we sell comes with a gift note option. Just fill out your note here and it will be included with the order. No pricing is ever included with an order.
International Shipping: We do not currently offer International Shipping.
Christmas Holiday Shipping: The major shippers are delivering up through December 24. We do not make shipping guarantees on standard shipping. We do make are best effort to ship your order in time for the holidays. Anything stock item ordered after December 12-13 will probably arrive by Christmas but not guaranteed with normal shipping methods. Pottery can crack, misfire and need to remade...etc..
As a general rule of thumb, anything that ships after December 16, will be questionable with normal shipping. Please look at our item descriptions before you order to see any known delays. After your order, please read your email updates and the link in your order confirmation to the order notes section for your order. We update the notes as soon as we receive ship confirmations! Special Shipping Requests: Please call us for special shipping requests. We use many shipping locations who have individual preferred shipping service providers. Overnight shipping is very expensive. Many customers have printed out pictures of a piece, when ordering late in the season, and giving the pictures until the piece arrives. |
